Each transport item needs an unambiguous recipient when several destination sites are involved. A shared collection cannot replace that distribution list.

Link machine identifiers and accessories to a full destination address, contact and desired receiving window. Pay particular attention to similar machines with nearly identical names. Assign shared boxes to several recipients only when their division and handover have been explicitly clarified beforehand. Use recipient identifiers consistently in photographs, lists and handover notes.

Not always. Unique identifiers matter more than totals, ensuring that similar models remain traceable to the particular recipient intended for each actual unit.
