Plan your transport
Assign each machine clearly to a collection site and state the releases, contacts and outstanding preparation there. A site that becomes ready later should be visible as a separate uncertainty. Describe a desired consolidation as a planning preference; whether it works depends on readiness, dimensions and time windows. Keep shared and site-specific accessories separate.
What matters
- Group machines by collection site
- Document releases per site
- Mark differing readiness dates
