Plan your transport
For CNC machining centres, the configuration on collection day determines dimensions, weight and loading tasks. A chip conveyor, tool magazine, coolant tank or separate control cabinet may stay attached or be prepared as a separate package. A numbered item list with serial number, current photos and confirmed weight per unit gives us the basis for a quotation that genuinely fits your machine and avoids last-minute questions.
Assemblies that may travel separately
Typical separate items are the chip conveyor, coolant unit, tool magazine, control cabinet and operator panel. Whether they stay on the machine is usually decided by the releasing party or the specialist company preparing it. Record that decision in writing: it determines how many packages we plan for and the real outer dimensions of the main machine.
The data we use to prepare your quotation
We need the manufacturer, model and year, outer dimensions and weight per package, photos from all sides, and details of the hall door, floor and available loading equipment at both sites. If something is missing, mark it as open. We will tell you which detail is actually needed for the next decision.
What matters
- Photograph the main machine’s rating plate and serial number
- List chip conveyor, magazine and tanks as separate items
- Have the releasing party confirm the weight of each transport unit
