Missing information does not have to prevent an initial machinery transport enquiry.

Plan your transport

Separate confirmed details, estimates and wholly unknown values. Identify who can access the machine and provide missing information. Make clear when figures come from an old sales advertisement. A useful interim record might contain a model name, two current photographs and the seller's contact details. State which values that contact still needs to confirm. Do not enter zero for a missing weight: zero looks like an actual value and hides the information gap concerning the proposed transport item.
