Plan your transport
Combine an overall view with side views, the identification plate and separate accessories. Match each picture to an item. Photographs should show current conditions; perspective cannot replace measured dimensions. At a site with several machines, give related image files one shared item number. Add a separate photograph of the handover surroundings alongside close-ups of the load. An older manufacturer image may provide context, but identify it as an example rather than replacing the documented condition of the actual collection item.
