Plan your transport

With used machines, listing and reality do not always match: attachments are missing, accessories are elsewhere, the machine is still connected. Confirm with the seller which attachments, documents and accessories are included and which stay with them. Ask for current photos rather than just the listing images. The handover point may differ from the former production location; note both if this raises preparation questions.

The process after buying a machine

You send us the listing or purchase contract, collection and delivery locations and your preferred period. We check the data, name the open points and clarify readiness, loading and release with the seller. You then receive a quotation for the agreed scope. Once you place the order, we coordinate collection and delivery through to the agreed handover.

What to clarify with the seller

Who disconnects the machine from power, compressed air and media? Who moves it to the door, and is there a crane or forklift there? From when is collection possible, and what release does the site require? Once these four questions are answered, transport can be planned reliably.

Machine bought abroad

If the machine comes from another country, tell us the country of collection and the seller’s language. Within the EU, customs formalities are usually not required; for purchases outside the EU, buyer and seller agree who handles export and import formalities. We align the transport with these arrangements.

What matters

  • Check the purchase scope against the item list
  • Request current photos from the seller
  • Have handover point and collection contact confirmed
