A requested collection date does not establish confirmed readiness. What matters is when the agreed transport items can actually be handed over.
Request transportList outstanding preparation, release by the owner and access to the handover area separately. Name the person who can confirm completion. A production schedule showing a planned shutdown cannot replace specific confirmation that the items are ready. Clearly distinguish an estimated preparation date from confirmation that readiness has already been achieved.
