A date and a confirmed loading or receiving window are two different things. We agree time windows at collection and destination with both sides so that vehicle, staff and loading equipment are ready at the same time.

Distinguish opening hours, confirmed loading windows and internal preferred dates. Mention breaks, booking deadlines and shift changes of the relevant staff where known. If information conflicts, a shared overview helps before collection and delivery are scheduled against each other. For sites in different countries, date and time should be unambiguous with the respective local time reference.
