Recording machine condition at handover

A condition overview shows how the machine is actually handed over. It should refer to concrete observations and identifiable transport items.

Record the date, machine identification and visible features together. Photographs from different angles should show the same collection condition. Note existing covers, loose parts and visible differences from the original description. Avoid technical assessments that cannot be supported by the photographs themselves. A record per machine prevents observations being assigned to another similar-looking unit.
