A compressed air station rarely consists of the compressor alone. Receiver, refrigerated dryer, filter train and heat recovery may stand separately or be integrated in the compressor housing. Have the exact configuration confirmed so that no unit appears twice. A photo of each unit’s rating plate helps match data sheets correctly. A receiver’s pressure rating says nothing about its weight, and horizontal and vertical receivers have very different dimensions.

Is the compressor’s motor power enough for an enquiry?

It helps identify the model but replaces neither weight nor outer dimensions. Give dimensions and weight for each unit from the data sheet or the releasing party, and we can plan vehicle and loading accordingly.

Hydraulic oil, coolant, grease or fuel in a machine are relevant to transport planning. Clarify with the operator and releasing party in what condition the machine will be handed over, and mention open questions in the enquiry.
