Plan your transport
Conveyors, hoppers and removable vessels may form separate items. Describe the handover condition; cleaning or hygienic release is not automatically included simply because a transport enquiry has been submitted. For equipment sold individually from a production line, identify which stainless vessels and inserts are included. Mark those parts in the inventory instead of leaving them visible only in the background of operating photographs. Document the handover situation for the enquiry; statements about hygienic suitability belong to the responsible specialist parties.
