List the instrument, supporting base and separate computers. Identify manufacturer documents and the preparation contact. Coordinate arrival with the people responsible for setup and inspection at the destination. A separate computer at a measuring station may appear interchangeable even though it belongs to one particular machine. Identify devices and accessories using existing inventory numbers. Record which preparation documents the technical contact can provide and whether the intended handover condition has already been documented or still awaits explicit confirmation.
