Plan your transport
Support arms, consoles and stops may extend beyond the main housing. Record their actual collection condition rather than treating maximum sheet width as a transport dimension. For long machines, a front photograph may conceal important rear projections. Add side and rear views. If support arms or stop components are prepared separately, include their quantities and allocation in the list. The releasing party should confirm how those parts will be prepared rather than relying on a product illustration.
