Plan your transport

Provide the service reference, contact and agreed delivery scope. Clarify whether the entire machine or only a removed module is being released. Label loose diagnostic parts clearly. A later return transport needs the actual post-repair condition and a newly confirmed readiness date. Identify accompanying parts supplied solely for diagnosis.

What matters

  • Link service job and unit
  • Separate full machine and repair module
  • Record return transport as pending
