Plan your transport
Describe what the interim site is used for and when the return is expected. Packaging, accessories and readiness location may change during the deployment, so a return enquiry should not simply copy the outbound data. Contacts also often change between outbound and return. Note whether the machine comes back unchanged or whether parts stay at the interim site.
What matters
- Plan outbound and return separately
- Name the interim site with a contact
- Confirm the return condition before transport back
