A trade-in machine has its own recipient and handover conditions. We organise its collection separately from delivery of the new machine or combined with it, depending on what suits you and the dealer best.

Clarify who is authorised to collect and where the old machine is actually going: to the dealer, to a buyer or into storage. Record accessories that go with it and parts that are retained separately. A dealer may be involved commercially while the machine physically goes to another site; these roles should remain visible. A separate item list shows how the scope differs from the replacement machine.

Does the old machine have to go to the supplying dealer?

Not necessarily. For transport, what counts is the confirmed destination address with a receiving contact. Many dealers have trade-in machines taken straight to a buyer or into storage. Tell us the destination the dealer specifies.
