Identify each printing unit and its associated equipment within the proposed move.

Plan your transport

Feeders, delivery units, dryers and separate controls may have different dimensions. Supplement the overall machine name with an item list, photographs and the intended collection condition of each unit. For a multi-unit printing system, use the same identifier for each transport unit in the plan and photographs. Record which components are already prepared separately and which preparation remains with the releasing party. Accessories shared between printing units need a clear allocation so they do not appear twice in different lists.
